Don't understand JQuery?

If you have never heard of jQuery before, you have almost assuredly been exposed to the experience. It is a JavaScript library growing in popularity on the web and used by sites such as Facebook, Google, and Netflix to name a few. Along with other emerging technologies like AJAX, jQuery helps turn the web into a truly interactive experience, including some very fun elements. The jQuery library not only creates a fun and interactive experience for website visitors but also for website developers.

Aside from the fun, jQuery is an extremely powerful tool for our developers here at SyncShow Interactive. Ryan plans on attending sessions on Mobile Development & Performance, HTML5 Video, jQuery Efficiency, and some other geeky stuff. The conference includes talks from Google Chrome team-member, Paul Irish; author of High Performance Web Sites and Even Faster Web Sites, Steve Souders; and jQuery spearhead, John Resig; among others. We can not wait for Ryan to get back home and share the knowledge he learns with the rest of the team!

You can follow along right here on this page for our live twitter feed from the jQuery Conference. Stay connected with us even after the conference by following our twitter feed to see how we put all this exciting knowledge into practice in the future.
