Chris Peer, President and CEO

Chris Peer is the founder, president and CEO of SyncShow. He's also an online marketing expert with a passion for integrating marketing and sales strategies.

Chris has more than 20 years of experience in B2B online marketing strategies, sales processes and customer communications. He's also a StoryBrand Certified Guide. Prior to SyncShow, he worked for independent design studios and corporations, including Ernst & Young and American Greetings.

Since its founding in 2002, SyncShow has grown under his leadership to become one of the nation’s fastest-growing B2B online marketing agencies. Nadine Nocero-Tye, Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Nadine Nocero-Tye is SyncShow's vice president of sales & marketing. In her more than seven years at SyncShow, Nadine has leveraged her experience in brand building, storytelling and digital strategy to provide clients custom solutions that help them meet their business objectives. She's also responsible for training and mentoring our client services team.

Nadine has over 12 years of experience in B2B online marketing and has worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies. She’s been named a Top Female Blogger by PR Newswire, holds multiple certifications from HubSpot and Google and is an active member and former board member of Together Digital. Nadine has been featured as an expert on both NBC (WKYC) and CBS (WOIO).

John Daters, Vice President of Client Services

John Daters is SyncShow's vice president of client services. With more than 15 years of experience in online marketing, John has worked in nearly every aspect of digital. He's responsible for ensuring SyncShow's clients receive the best online marketing solutions available today and the latest technologies. 

John has won numerous awards for website builds he's managed. Awards include: MarCom (Best-in-Class), Interactive Media (Gold), National Apex (Award of Excellence/Most Improved Website), International Davey (Silver) and W3 (Silver). He also holds multiple certifications from HubSpot, Google and BrightEdge. Always relying on data, John has led many B2B projects, including the design and development of mobile apps, holistic paid digital campaigns and inbound strategies.

Jane Peer, Director of People & Culture

Jane has more than 25 years of experience working primarily in the consulting industry as a market development and communications professional. Having spent several years managing and mentoring people and participating in corporate culture change management initiatives, Jane developed a passion for helping design and build high-performance cultures and great places to work. In Jane’s role as Director of People & Culture, she is responsible for overseeing and executing on plans that help ensure SyncShow remains a great place to work.

Prior to joining SyncShow, Jane spent 15 years working at KPMG as an associate director in their market development organization, advising senior leadership on marketing and branding strategy and tactics. Jane started her career working at Ernst & Young as an associate in their sales and marketing organization and held various roles until she joined KPMG in 2003.
