Chris has more than 20 years of experience in B2B online marketing strategies, sales processes and customer communications. He's also a StoryBrand Certified Guide. Prior to SyncShow, he worked for independent design studios and corporations, including Ernst & Young and American Greetings.

John Daters is SyncShow's vice president of client services. With more than 15 years of experience in online marketing, John has worked in nearly every aspect of digital. He's responsible for ensuring SyncShow's clients receive the best online marketing solutions available today and the latest technologies.
John has won numerous awards for website builds he's managed. Awards include: MarCom (Best-in-Class), Interactive Media (Gold), National Apex (Award of Excellence/Most Improved Website), International Davey (Silver) and W3 (Silver). He also holds multiple certifications from HubSpot, Google and BrightEdge. Always relying on data, John has led many B2B projects, including the design and development of mobile apps, holistic paid digital campaigns and inbound strategies.
Jane has more than 25 years of experience working primarily in the consulting industry as a market development and communications professional. Having spent several years managing and mentoring people and participating in corporate culture change management initiatives, Jane developed a passion for helping design and build high-performance cultures and great places to work. In Jane’s role as Director of People & Culture, she is responsible for overseeing and executing on plans that help ensure SyncShow remains a great place to work.
Prior to joining SyncShow, Jane spent 15 years working at KPMG as an associate director in their market development organization, advising senior leadership on marketing and branding strategy and tactics. Jane started her career working at Ernst & Young as an associate in their sales and marketing organization and held various roles until she joined KPMG in 2003.
Chris is responsible for strategic direction, account leadership, and consistent delivery of high-quality marketing plans across the team. Chris joined the team in 2020 having led digital marketing teams who are new to digital marketing including personalization efforts, data strategies, and consistent ROI achievements. He additionally has strong experience in CRM and CMS platforms helping to better align sales and marketing teams, develop operational excellence via automation and consistent business planning processes, and consults with many of our clients on how to optimize their digital footprints across their various internal and external stakeholders.
