The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring marketing initiatives move from concept to completion with precision and efficiency. This position is responsible for managing projects from start to finish—balancing timelines, budgets, quality standards, resource coordination, and light implementation to support successful digital delivery.

What You Can Expect In A Project Coordinator Role At SyncShow:
You will work closely with an account strategist and a team of specialists to manage marketing projects for efficiency, budget adherence, quality, and on-time delivery — so our clients can achieve meaningful results.
- Coordinate projects within established timelines and budgets
- Collaborate closely with Account Strategists to clarify scope, priorities, and deadlines
- Execute and proactively manage project schedules
- Assign tasks to internal team members and external partners
- Provide regular work-in-progress updates
- Monitor workloads and adjust timelines and assignments as needed
- Maintain organized project files and documentation
- Manage freelancers and contractors, ensuring they have clear direction and the necessary resources
- Support project startup activities, including cost research, scope documentation, and vendor coordination
- Enter and maintain project data (tasks, budgets, purchase orders, production reports) in the project management system
- Support project delivery through the implementation of digital tactics

To Be Considered, You’ll Need the Following:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Marketing internship experience, or professional experience at an agency or within a similar business environment, preferred
- Demonstrated experience reflecting a strong work ethic, accountability, and responsibility
- Active involvement during college that demonstrates initiative and time management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Comfort working in project management software, CMS platforms, and marketing automation tools (or can quickly learn)
What You Can Expect From Us
- Starting salary between $48,000 – $55,000 dependent on experience, and with possible bonus opportunities, including semi-annual profit sharing
