Our consultative sales team is responsible for building strategic relationships with prospects. This often includes learning about challenges and goals from company executives and sales and marketing leadership. Once challenges and goals are understood, our sales team members are expected to work with SyncShow strategists and specialists to determine what services and solutions will produce the best results.
Our client services team members drive client strategy. They work closely with clients to set goals and then develop detailed plans that ensure those goals are met. They're responsible for identifying the right specialists for each project and then working with them to ensure flawless, strategic execution. Additionally, our client services team members are expected to work consultatively with clients, acting as true strategic partners.

Our technical and creative services team brings our marketing strategies to life. This team holds wide-ranging expertise. We have specialists in search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, graphic design, website development and more. Each technical and creative services team member works closely with our client services team to help our clients meet their goals.
Associate, Online Marketing Implementation

Online Marketing Experience: Understanding online marketing is key to our success. We look for people who have experience working on a variety of online marketing projects. This can include work done within an agency, business or internship. Online marketing certifications are a plus.

Internships are great opportunities to gain additional skills before starting a full-time career with an agency. It allows you an opportunity to “test drive” the field and see if it’s something for you. Certifications also go a long way. They are often free and easy to obtain. HubSpot and Google certifications are a great place to start.
