When you Join Our Talent Community, your resume is seen before jobs are posted. We flag resumes that have the skill set that best align with our needs. If there’s a match, we'll reach out in advance before we post a job opportunity.

I submitted my resume last week. When can I expect to hear back from a recruiter?

We receive hundreds of resumes for each job posting. Unlike other companies, we take great care in reviewing each resume rather than using automated systems that send rejection letters if keywords are missing. It may take a few weeks before you hear anything back. Rest assured, you'll hear from us one way or another.

I recently graduated from college and am interested in a career in online marketing. How can I best differentiate myself?

Internships are great opportunities to gain additional skills before starting a full-time career with an agency. It allows you an opportunity to “test drive” the field and see if it’s something for you. Certifications also go a long way. They're often free and easy to obtain. HubSpot and Google certifications are a great place to start.

I don’t live near Westlake, Ohio. Is SyncShow open to hiring talent outside of Northeast Ohio?

We believe it’s best to hire the most talented people regardless of where they reside. However, to ensure the best experience and success for our team members we prefer to hire talent in Northeast Ohio. We are flexible and can discuss options with you. Our collaboration tools make it easy to work remotely, regardless of where you live.
