Part-Time, Marketing & Sales Coordinator
SyncShow is a leading marketing and sales enablement agency for B2B Industrial companies. We are seeking a part-time, internal Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support a wide range of sales, marketing, and administrative initiatives. The person will assist in our growth by proactively working with our CEO to ensure our sales and marketing activities are well-researched, well-coordinated, and professionally executed.
The ideal candidate brings prior marketing experience (such as a former marketing specialist or account manager), exercises strong judgment, and is comfortable taking initiative without requiring day-to-day direction. This role is well-suited for someone seeking a meaningful return to the workforce on a part-time basis.
What You Can Expect in a Sales & Marketing Coordinator Role at SyncShow

Key Responsibilities

Research prospects, clients, market data, total addressable market (TAM), associations, events, and trade shows

Coordinate and manage all sales and marketing events, including research, planning, setup, project management, travel logistics, collateral, and presentations

Ensure availability and organization of promotional items, books, and sales/marketing collateral

Manage the mailing of books, gifts, and promotional materials to prospects and clients

Support ongoing client communications, including mailings, cards, thank-you notes, and follow-ups

Ensure sales and marketing activities are properly promoted through pre-event, at-event, and post-event social media coordination (accountable for execution, not necessarily content creation)

Manage the CEO’s calendar and assist with scheduling meetings and related logistics
To be considered, you’ll need the following qualifications:

Prior experience in marketing, sales support, or a related role

Strong organizational, research, and project management skills

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfort managing multiple priorities and administrative details

Professionalism and discretion when handling executive scheduling and client communications
What You Can Expect From Us

This is a part-time, hourly position, averaging approximately 16 hours per week (two days per week)

Hourly pay range of $20-25, depending on experience
