She has over 30 years of professional experience working primarily in the accounting and consulting industries as a market development and communications professional. Having spent several years managing and mentoring people, participating in corporate culture change management initiatives, and working on financial-related sales opportunities, Jane developed a passion for the financial side of the business as well as helping design and build high-performance cultures.
