SyncShow Interactive worked with the AmRate team, particularly Michael Ocampo, AmRate’s CTO, to develop a customized, branded mobile application that communicates with the existing ERP system. From the iPad and iPhone app, users can input information about the shipment they need to process, review various carrier options, select the option that works best and process the entire order. Users can also view their order history including details about each shipment.
